Breather bags is a new technology for aquatic animal transportation. The special bag allows oxygen to enter, and carbon dioxide to escape.
This makes the bag perfect to ship or transport your shrimp, small fish, or other aquatic animals.

Advantages of Breather bags:

• No airspace in the bag, thus reducing the total volume of bag and saving space.
• Allows livestock to get a constant fresh supply of air.
• Extends time livestock can survive in a bag thus improving shipping survival rates.

Additional information regarding breather bags:

• Breather bags should NOT be floated in an aquarium, as it will hinder the oxygen transfer of the bag and can cause the death of livestock within the bag.
• Bags should not have any air inside of them for maximum efficiency of oxygen transfer.
• It is recommended to have some space around a breather bag to allow gas transfers.

Shrimp Nation has extensively tested these bags and ship out all of our shrimp with them.
Double bagging is also possible for extra security and peace of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: These bags have a curved bottom, to ensure that shrimp or livestock do not get stuck in the corner of a bag.
